        "rendered": "<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talking about learning innovation means referring to a specific didactic context in continuous evolution. The goal is not only to improve learning outcomes, but also to improve the teaching experience as an opportunity of the development of transversal skills <strong>evolving process<\/strong> of a specific teaching context. The objective is not only the improvement of learning outcomes, but also the improvement of the learning experience and its enrichment as an opportunity for development in terms of transversal competences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Framework \u201c<strong>Pedagogy-Space-Technology<\/strong>\u201d (Radcliffe, 2009) is the tool used as a starting point for the design of innovative teaching-learning experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context, in order to make teaching innovation processes effective, it is necessary that three pillars intersect with one another:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>new pedagogical approaches<\/strong> reinforce technologies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>technologies<\/strong> support pedagogical approaches and extend spaces;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>space<\/strong> integrates technologies, making possible and supporting new pedagogical approaches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-002ffff5 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-kadence-image kb-image7626_20bb8f-7d size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1402\" height=\"935\" src=\"http:\/\/www.metid.test.polimi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_docentedesigner.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"kb-img wp-image-3887\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.metid.test.polimi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_docentedesigner.jpg 1402w, https:\/\/www.metid.test.polimi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_docentedesigner-1269x846.jpg 1269w, https:\/\/www.metid.test.polimi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_docentedesigner-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1402px) 100vw, 1402px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"kt-adv-heading7626_87649a-fa wp-block-kadence-advancedheading has-custom-primary-hover-color has-text-color\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading7626_87649a-fa\">Teacher experience designer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"kt-adv-heading7626_b6fd83-4d wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading7626_b6fd83-4d\">Pedagogical approaches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"kt-adv-heading7626_969df6-bd wp-block-kadence-advancedheading has-custom-heritage-color has-text-color\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading7626_969df6-bd\">The <strong>teacher-designer<\/strong> is responsible for the <strong>designing and managing a learning experience<\/strong> that supports the achievement of the Intended Learning Outcomes. The teacher-designer has at his disposal <strong>conceptual and practical tools<\/strong> that can support it in consciously observing its own teaching and designing it in new evolutionary directions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-002ffff5 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
